Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Love & Liquor

Excellent micro-pub, with the compact bar area supplemented by an even smaller side lounge on one side and a fair number of pavement tables to catch any sunshine (of which there was plenty on my visit). Five cask ales on handpump: HPA (£4.40) and Butty Bach from Wye Valley, Hopback Summer Lightning, Oakham's Bishops Farewell and Excelsius from Ossett. Keg tap offerings include three ABK beers.

Great little pub well described by Ray below. We arrived just after the 3 pm opening to find a few customers already in. HPA and Butty Bach alongside Oakham Bishops Farewell, Sarah Hughes Surprise and Essington IPA from Morton brewery. I went for the latter which was the pint of the day. Well worth a visit.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Love & Liquor

I quite liked this bar, which had a friendly local's micropub vibe to it. The interior consisted of three areas, the main bar area as you enter, a side room with a couple of Chesterfield settees and a further room upstairs. The bar area really stood out with a colourful patterned tiled bar front. The staff were friendly and welcoming along with a choice of four cask ales across five handpumps, plus a decent range of top end keg lagers.
Their cask ale selection was Wye Valley HPA, Wye Valley Butty Bach, Vocation Heart & Soul and Ludlow Stairway. We went for the Ludlow and Vocation, which were both in good shape and reasonably priced.
